perspective of how they can be used as evidence to prove or disprove:

Current Legislation and other operational considerations: Key legislation that underpins the legitimate use of Communications Data including the Investigatory Powers Act (IPA) and Data Protection Act (DPA).
Third Party Data: A consideration of some of the wealth of third-party data that is available and how to acquire the data and use as evidence.
Comms Data in Action: We’ll include case studies to illustrate key best practice and concepts

Our expert
We are delighted to welcome Acting DCI Adam Bryant who is an experience communications data specialist who has worked in the Communications Intelligence Unit of MO2 Digital Intelligence at the Met Police.
He has also delivered communications data training within his force.
He is currency an acting Detective Chief Inspector working for the National Data Exploitation Service (NDES) where he is specialising in Data Exploitation and Analytics.
