The Investigator Conferences Terms & Conditions

Delegates

All delegate places must be paid before attendance at the conference. All early bird discounts must be paid by the due date or the invoice amount will revert back to the original price.

Conference details: Start and finish times will be sent 7 days before the conference date for online events, if for any reason you do not receive these please telephone: +44 (0)844 660 8707 or email: info@the-investigator.co.uk.

Cancellations and non attendance: We regret that refunds will not be given under any circumstances once we have received either verbal or email confirmation of attendance. However, delegates can be replaced by a substitute delegate at anytime and any changes should be emailed to: info@the-investigator.co.uk.

Bookings which include hotel rooms and meals must be paid before the event or access to the hotel could be denied but still charged for.

The Investigator Conferences will not offer any refunds for the non attendance of a delegate due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic (this list is not exhaustive) or internet connection problems.

Online: The price quoted is for one delegate to view the event live at the time of transmission. We do not provide copies of the recording to be viewed at a later date as our events are not open access events and we hold the copyright. Reproduction without prior consent is strictly prohibited. It is the delegates/organisation/company responsibility to ensure they have arranged attendance internally and for the delegate to ensure that they have received the attendance link, non attendance for the link being in the spam/junk folder will still be charged in full.

Amendments: We reserve the right to alter the conference date, itinerary or venue at anytime.

Payment: All payments must be received before the conference date, we reserve the right to deny access to the conference should the invoice not be paid in time. Payment can be made by BACS or credit card.

Disclaimer: Every delegate who has booked onto an event will be sent the link prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure they have received the link and to contact us prior to the event if there are any issues. We do not take responsibility for delegates not accessing the link and then informing us after the event has taken place. If this is the case, then our terms and conditions state that payment is still required in full for each place regardless of whether the delegate attended or not. By booking onto our events you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Sponsors/Exhibitors

All sponsorship/exhibition space must be paid one week from the invoice date in full.

The Investigator Conferences will not offer any refunds for the non attendance of a sponsor/exhibitor due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic (this list is not exhaustive) or internet connection problems. If the conference/event is cancelled by The Investigator and no new date is arranged a full refund will be given.
